Changed your mind? No stress.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

What we accept:

• Item must be unworn and in original condition
• Original packaging must be included

What we do not accept:

• Worn or used items
• Items returned after 30 days
• Items damaged by misuse

How to return:

1. Email us at support@pulsewatch.co.nz with your order number and reason
2. We will reply within 48 hours with return instructions
3. Ship the item back — customer covers return postage
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days

Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
