How long does shipping take?

We ship to New Zealand in 7–14 business days. Every order includes a tracking number so you always know where your watch is.

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns from the date you receive your order. The watch must be unworn and in original condition. Customers cover return shipping costs.

Is the watch waterproof?

PULSEWATCH is splash-resistant — it can handle everyday moisture like rain or washing your hands. We do not recommend swimming, showering, or submerging it in water.

Will it fit my wrist?

Yes. The strap is fully adjustable and fits most wrist sizes. No tools needed — it is designed for easy adjustment.

How long does the battery last?

With normal everyday use, the battery lasts 1+ year. When it runs out, a standard watch battery replacement from any jeweller or watch shop will sort it.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — 6-month warranty from your purchase date covering manufacturing defects. Accidental damage is not covered, but reach out and we will always try to help.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking details. Allow 3–5 days for tracking to update after dispatch.
